Cycling Avenue offers the following shipping rate across Canada and the United States, excluding to PO Boxes:
– Standard shipping is $49.99 for complete bikes.
Certain restrictions do apply. An upcharge will be added for orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Hawaï and Alaska.
Additional charges may also be applied for XL-XXL sized bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and fat bikes.
All ground orders take approximately 24-48 hours to process before they are shipped (98% are shipped within 24 hours). Orders are only processed Monday – Friday. All orders placed after 1PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted by email.
Packaging and assembly:
You will receive your bike, frame/frameset or wheel/wheelset safely wrapped up in a box (may not be the original packaging as each product is checked by our certified mechanics). Bikes are 80% assembled. Most bicycles will be shipped with the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost removed. An assembly guide, as well as a multi-tool, will be included in the box to make sure you can get your new bike up and running as easily and as fast as possible. We want to assure your utmost safety so don’t hesitate to contact our specialists if you have any questions.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Buying from Cycling Avenue is risk-free. You either love and keep your new bike or you contact our customer service and ship it back to us within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. The products must be received in the original packaging and in a condition similar to the initial sale.
